TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANT OF PERMISSION TO MOUNTAINEERING EXPEDITION PARTIES IN PAKISTAN

APPLICATION FORM FOR MOUNTAINEERING EXPEDITIONS

KARAKURUM ranges may identify as an alternative choice one
peak from the Hindu Kush Ranges.

Dear Sir
I propose to import the equipment/material/consumable
stores as per list enclosed in respect of above mentioned
expeditions/trekking party. Cost/price has been indicated
against each item.
2. I understand that the equipment and non-consumable
stores etc, will be exported out of Pakistan on completion
of the mission and that no part of it will be sold
or otherwise disposed off in Pakistan failing which I shall
pay customs duty and sales tax livable hereon plus
penalty, if any, as may be fixed by the Government.
3.I Further undertake that consumable stores including
medicines as imported by me will be used for the purpose
for which they will not be sold or otherwise disposed off
in Pakistan. The non-consumable portion will be re-exported
out of Pakistan on completion of mission. No part of it shall
be sold or otherwise disposed off in Pakistan except in
accordance with pare-27 of the Terms and Conditions,
failing which I shall pay customs duty and sales tax in
any as fixed by the Government of Pakistan.
